The Titans played 11 innings in the Grand Canyon University Scrimmage this past Sunday and you know we have some Thursday Thoughts with a lot of good, some bad and thankfully, no ugly.
Despite the season coming to an end and the Titans missing the post-season again, we shelved our Thursday Thoughts after the news of Rick Vanderhook’s retirement broke. Now that the dust has settled we are publishing our season-ending Thursday Thoughts a little later but still the same nonetheless.
The 2021 Titan Baseball team reached a small milestone by winning its 20th game of the season vs. Long Beach State. We examine that and few other aspects that can be described as being good, bad and some ugly.
After splitting the series with CSUN 2 games apiece, the Titans are currently fourth in the Big West Conference standings.
